Mencocokkan kalimat

1. I never sign a letter before I have read it through.

Note: Saya tidak begitu suka dengan tipe soal ini, karena bahasa bukan matematika. Dalam bahasa, sepanjang antara clause yang satu dengan clause lainnya terdapat hubungan (i.e. cause-effect, contrast, purpose, dst), maka kalimat tersebut adalah benar.
Sebagai contoh: Kalimat no. 5, 6, 8 dan 9 di atas, saya dapat tulis menjadi seperti kalimat-kalimat di bawah ini, dan kalimat-kalimat ini juga benar karena clause-nya memiliki hubungan yang logis.
5. I shall be able to confirm this after I have consulted our work managers. (Saya akan dapat mengkonfirmasi (hal) ini setelah saya berkonsultasi dengan manager kami). Cek: “works” should be “work” sebab noun yang dijadikan adjective tidak boleh dalam bentuk plural.
6. I shall be able to confirm this when I have checked our stock position. (Saya akan dapat mengkonfirmasi (hal) ini setelah saya mengecek posisi stok/barang kami). Di kalimat ini, “when” bermakna “after”.
8. Please reply at once because we do not have sufficient stocks. (Tolong balas segera karena kami tidak punya cukup stok).
9. Please reply as soon as possible so that we can order the supplies needed.(Tolong balas sesegera mungkin sehingga kami dapat mengorder/memesan barang-barang yang dibutuhkan).At once = ASAP, and tolong cek: “need” atau “needed”? Jika yang dimaksudkan adalah seperti yang saya terjemahkan, maka it should be “needed”. Atau, dapat juga ditulis : “the needed supplies”

And, by the way, guru/dosennya kayaknya lulusan Australia atau Inggris ya, karena sangat kental menggunakan “shall”. Kalau di America (just FYI), shall kayaknya akan segera punah sebab sudah sangat-sangat jarang digunakan. Mereka menggunakan “will”, apa pun subject kalimatnya.
