Kata kerja “awake, awoke dan awaken” adalah irregular verb yang artinya: terbangun/terjaga/tersadar, dibangunkan, bangkit.
Contoh:
- My newly born son always awakes in the middle of the night. (Putraku yang baru lahir selalu terjaga/terbangun di tengah malam). Verb1.
- My friend awoke from the mistakes he had done to his family. (Temanku tersadar dari kesalahan-kesalahan yang dia telah lakukan kepada keluarganya). verb2.
- Last night I was awaken by a loud noise coming from my kitchen. (Tadi malam aku dibangunkan oleh sebuah suara keras yang datang dari dapurku). Verb3. Kalimat pasif dalam simple past tense.

and this is my first question..
you wrote the sentence :

nah…the thing that i want to ask you is….
what is “had” in here..is it an auxiliary verb? or verb 2 or past participe from have?? and tell me the reason…
may be it looks like a silly question…
but its me…i still need so much improvement in english..hahahaha
and one more thing…
if there anything wrong in my writting…please correct it…

We’re all glad you’ve joined us. And, regarding your writing, no, it’s not bad at all. The only word that I think you need to edit is “guide“. I think you should use “guidance“, instead, so the sentence should be “I still need guidance from you“. That’s all.
The word HAD you’re questioning is a past form of the auxiliary have or has, meaning “telah or sudah“. As you can see, the verb phrase used here is “had verb3” which is a phrase used in past perfect.

ok, you have already know who am i. i am just like that.that the real me,with no special diference..
tissue culture (or micro propagtion) is one of technique to propagating plant with small pieces of part plant organ, such as shoot tip, root, flower, embrio, anther, polen, ovum, and even protoplast suspency of cell, cell and tissue it self.
tissue culture was divide by 6 sub division (i cant explain them out here because that so much)
but, one popular technique which is easier and popular is micropropagation technique by which it’s using shoot tips (axyler or nodus). we should just have motivation to play it out…
so this first my explaination, if there is one unclear above don’t hasitate to tell me whenever you want what ever it is..
